নিজের একাউন্ট তৈরি করার পর, সব থেকে প্রথমেই নিজের “Profile bio” ভালো করে ভরতে হবে।

প্রথমে আমরা একটা ফেসবুক পেজ খুলতে পারি। প্রতিষ্ঠানের ধরণ অনুযায়ী পেজ এর নাম, কভার পিকচার, প্রোপাইল পিকচার দিয়ে সাজাতে পারি। তারপর যে পণ্য বিক্রি করতে চাই তার পরিপূর্ণ তথ্য দিয়ে পোস্ট দিতে পারি। সেটা ইমেজ আকারেও হতে পারে। অতপর আমাদের পরিচিত সবাইকে এই পেজ ফলো করার জন্য আমন্ত্রণ জানাতে পারি। তারপর ফেসবুক পেজ এর পোস্টগুলো বিভিন্ন সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে শেয়ার করতে পারি। আমাদের পরিচিত ফেসবুক বন্ধুদেরকে শেয়ার দেয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করতে পারি। এই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণের মাধ্যমে আমরা অধিক সংখ্যক লোকের কাছে আমাদের পণ্যের প্রচার বাড়াতে পারি কোন ধরণের অর্থ ব্যয় করা ছাড়াই। ফেসবুকের বিভিন্ন গ্রুপ এ যোগদান করে আমাদের পেজ ও পণ্যের পোস্ট দিতে পারি। আর এটাই হলো ফ্রি ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং।

সাধারণত ফেসবুক নিউজ ফিডে যে পোস্টগুলো স্পনসরড লেখা থাকে সে সব পোস্টই হলো পেইড ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং। ছোট বড় সকল ব্যবসার প্রতিষ্ঠান এই মার্কেটিং ব্যবহার করে কাঙ্ক্ষিত গ্রাহকের কাছে পণ্য সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানাতে পারে।

236. ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং করার নিয়ম
প্রত্যেক বিষয়ে সবচেয়ে বেশি ও ভালো ফলাফল পাওয়ার জন্য যথাযথ নিয়ম অনুসরণ করা দরকার। অন্যথায় কাঙ্ক্ষিত ফলাফল লাভ করা সম্ভব নয়। তেমনিভাবে ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং থেকে সর্বোচ্চ পর্যায়ের উপযোগিতা পেতে ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং এর সঠিক নিয়ম অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
প্রথমেই আপনার ব্যবসায়িক পেজ খুলতে হবে। যাতে আপনার ব্যবসা সম্পর্কে সবিস্তারে দেয়া থাকবে। যেমন পণ্যের তালিকা, ছবি, কি ধরণের সার্ভিস পাওয়া যাবে, পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমার এর চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কেমন অফার দেয়া হবে ইত্যাদি।
আপনার পেজটি সুন্দরভাবে সাজাতে হবে। আপনার ব্যবসার সাথে সম্পর্ক রেখে একটা নাম দিতে হবে।
ব্যবসা বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের লোগো ব্যবহার করে কভার পিকচার দিতে হবে। তেমনি ভাবে প্রোপাইল পিকচার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
অতপর আপনার পণ্য অথবা সেবার ব্যাপারে জানিয়ে পোস্ট দিতে হবে।
তারপর আপনার পণ্য বা সেবার গ্রাহকের কথা চিন্তা করে আপনাকে ফেসবুক মার্কেটিং শুরু করতে হবে।
কোন বয়সের, কোন ধরণের গ্রাহক আপনার পণ্য বা সেবা পেতে আগ্রহী তাদের চিহ্নিত করে আপনার পোস্ট সাজাতে হবে। সেটা লেখা অথবা পিকচারের মাধ্যমে হতে পারে। নিয়মিত আপনার পেজ এ পণ্য বা সেবার ব্যাপারে আপডেট থাকতে হবে। কমেন্ট ও ম্যাসেজ এ গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখতে হবে। যেকোন ধরণের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
